The Top Five Errors People Encounter: 1. Wrong Browser (must be Internet Explorer 5 or 6 for 7 see below). 2. Page not availble (You must have "Enable folder view for FTP sites" checked, go to Tools select internet options and check enable see example: Folder View). 3. Pop-up blocker is on (must disable pop-up blockers including any in your Internet Security Packages. In some cases you have to disable your internet security package, and re-inable it when you are through). 4. Can't see or lose FTP window (reduce the size of all windows, you must be able to work with multiple windows in view -- see sample below). 5. I drag the file into the window and it doesn't copy (Do not click or try to copy files into blue area of FTP window, copy them into the white area -- see sample below -- DRAG THE FILE FROM THE WHITE AREA OF YOUR WINDOW INTO THE WHITE AREA OF THE FTP WINDOW).
Two more things: How Do I Know My Files Have Copied? Depending on your connection speed you may or may not see a countdown bar. No, the submission process sends NML an email that you have just attempted to upload files (this is why we ask for your email address on the login form). See Drag and Drop example below -- If you encounter any difficulties please call, or Email tech support. For first-timers a brief discription of the process is below.
