Packages contain ONLY current listings submitted by our members. No other vendor advertising is included - just current listings!

How Membership Works

Complete our easy application form and return it with the one-time initial fee and the first
year's dues.

Choose your distribution area(s) and print enough pieces to cover those areas (see the
distribution schedule)

Wait for your packages to arrive!
That's it! NML will print your pieces and distribute them to all the areas you have chosen! Distribution is always FREE, no matter how many orders you print each year!

But, if at any time, you are not completely satisfied and would like to discontinue your membership we will refund the unused portion of your dues.
Membership Fees
INITIAL FEE: All new members are required to pay an Initial fee which is a one time only charge. The Initial fee is currently $150.00.
YEARLY DUES: All members shall pay yearly dues of $250.00 per year. Dues are due and payable in advance.
Memberships are on an individual basis. Each individual wishing to use the services of National Multiple Listing must have their own membership.
Membership Fees Small Print

Applicants must fill out and return this application to the executive office of National Multiple Listing, together with their payment.

Membership becomes effective on the month and day your application and payment is received and approved by National Multiple Listing. Membership is then continuous until a written notice of cancellation is received by National Multiple Listing from the member.

You may, at any time, cancel your membership by giving a 30 day notice in writing. The member assumes full responsibility for all monies due to National Multiple Listing up to the date the written notice of cancellation is received by the executive offices of National Multiple Listing located at 6601 N. Andrews Avenue , Fort Lauderdale , FL 33309 .
•
National Multiple Listing, at its option, may cancel any membership for non payment of dues or sales.
