The NATIONAL MULTIPLE LISTING seal is the property of National Multiple Listing, Inc., and when used to indicate the fact that I am a member of NATIONAL MULTIPLE LISTING, may be used only in the form furnished by National Multiple Listing, Inc. and only as long as I am a member in good standing.
In the event of errors by National Multiple Listing, Inc. in printing, etc., National Multiple Listing, Inc. shall be liable only to the extent of reprinting, and if distributed by National Multiple listing, Inc., to redistribution of same.
You may at any time cancel membership by giving a 30 day notice in writing, provided the member is in good standing at the time of such cancellation. National Multiple Listing, at its option, may cancel membership at any time for non payment of dues. Upon cancellation of membership, authorization to further use the National Multiple Listing Seal shall cease and the member will refrain from using any materials on which the Seal appears.
